If you find that the product ordered on this website is damaged or does not match the content of the order, please email or call us within 7 working days after receipt of the goods, we will arrange the replacement for you.
The packaging of the returned product must be complete and must be returned with all accessories. Guests need to arrange for the goods to be returned to the designated address during office hours, and the postage will be borne by the guests themselves. Guests can also choose to return the goods to the store. The company will not accept any defective or expired returned products.
After the customer purchases the product (the system receives the order), the product will not be returned under any circumstances, and can only be exchanged.
